The location was outstanding, just a five-minute walk from the main station, making it super convenient to explore the city.
The room was still not clean and not yet ready when we arrived, leading to an inconvenient and disappointing start to our stay.

the location is super convenient, like right near everything. also, the receptionist was really nice and let us drop off our bags before check-in. the price was decent for the area, and the room was cozy enough for us to chill. it was more than what i expected for a budget stay. overall, a nice experience for a quick trip with friends!
but the windows were really dirty and the bathroom had a weird smell. also, we had some noisy guests which kinda ruined the vibe.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable after a long day of exploring the area. The shower facilities worked well, providing hot water when needed, which I appreciated.
I encountered some significant issues. The room seemed smaller than advertised and had a persistent musty odor, which wasn’t ideal. Plus, you’ll face an uphill battle with all those steps if you're lugging anything heavy—no lift to the top floors. the specific room I stayed in had cleanliness issues, with dirty walls that really shouldn’t be overlooked. Lastly, the noise from other guests was a frequent disturbance, making nights less peaceful.

Our family decided to take a quick trip to see the local attractions, primarily wanting to explore the nearby Hofgarten and Rheinuferpromenade. The room we stayed in was surprisingly affordable given the closeness to these spots. One standout feature was the comfortable bed, which was perfect for a good night's sleep after our long days of sightseeing. the noise from the corridors was quite noticeable and occasionally disrupted our sleep.

The hotel is conveniently situated, allowing us to explore the culture at nearby K21 Staendehaus. The room was spacious enough for my family, including my mother, which made our stay comfortable amid our adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, communication could be better for families.

The hospitality was a highlight, with staff providing exceptional assistance, especially when we arrived early. a receptionist went out of her way to get us a room sooner than expected. The cozy atmosphere exceeded our expectations, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring the area. The location is convenient, and the pricing is reasonable, which adds to its appeal. the overbooking issue was concerning, and the handling of the situation was less than ideal.

good location but noisy nights
The location was outstanding, just a five-minute walk from the main station. I appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and a café right across the street. The room was well-structured, providing a comfortable space for my family with children during our stay.
The noise from other guests reduced our overall comfort.

Comfortable beds but noise issues
During my stay, I found the bed very comfortable and the shower fittings worked perfectly. the noise from other guests was quite disruptive, especially during the night. It's a decent place if you're just looking for a quick stay, but be prepared for some disturbances.
